Type V Rail Fastening System for High Speed Railway

Type V Rail Fastening System (also called Type V elastic fastener), it should meet the following operating conditions:
Passenger dedicated line with a maximum speed of 350km/h: Axle load of 170KN (axle load is considered to increase by 10%).
Passenger dedicated line with a maximum speed of 250km/h (taking into account freight): the maximum axle load is 230KN (the axle load is considered to increase by 10%)
Type V Rail Fastening System are composed of screw spikes, flat washers, spring clips (type W2, X3 and A), gauge baffles, under-rail pads (rubber pads and composite pads) and plastic dowels that positioning in the pre-stressed concrete shoulder sleepers, and the height-adjusting pad is used when adjusting the height of the rail.
