(4) Standardize the anchoring process
When using non-sulfur anchoring agent to anchor the spiral spike, it is necessary to use the anchor frame as required to ensure the accurate position of the spike. When anchoring, the spike holes should be cleaned up, and the solution should be filled at a time. It should not be too full but not too little. After anchoring, the round platform of the spiral spike should be 0~2mm higher than the sleeper supporting rail table (when using elastic clips fasteners) , The spike hole should be fully filled. After the anchoring solution is solidified, use a flat shovel to clean up the spilled anchoring agent, and trim the surface of the spike hole to avoid corrosion of the spike's round table due to unevenness and moisture retention.
